目的建立自身对照法测定橘红丸溶出度。方法采用自身对照法(UV)测定橘红丸的溶出度。采用篮法,溶出介质为0.1 mol/L的盐酸溶液(900 mL),转速150 r/min,取样时间120 min。结果橘红丸溶出度测定自身对照法在相当于柚皮苷0.1~1.1μg/mL浓度范围内呈线性( r=0.9999, n=6),平均回收率为101.26%,RSD为2.38%。结论本法简便、准确、可行,可作为橘红丸的质量标准中控制项目之一。

Objective To establish the self-control method for determination of dissolution of Juhong Pills. Methods UV spectrophotometry was applied to determine the dissolution of Juhong Pills. Basket apparatus was used, with 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid as the dissolution medium. The rotation speed was 150 r/min and dissolution time limit was 120 min. Results The linear range of the method was 0.1~1.1μg/mL(equivalent to the concentration of naringin), r=0.9999. The average recovery was 101.26%, RSD was 2.38%. Conclusion This method is convenient, accurate and feasible. It can be applied to determine dissolution of Juhong Pills.
