目的建立止咳化痰片的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中的半夏、桂枝、芥子、鱼腥草、黄芩、甘草、连翘，采用高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果鉴别方法专属性强，定量方法简便、准确，橙皮苷在89.9~1618.2 ng内线性良好(r=0.99998)，平均回收率（n=9）为97.86%，RSD为1.30%（n=9）。结论本质量标准可有效地控制止咳化痰片的质量。

목적건립지해화담편적질량공제표준。방법채용박층색보법감별방중적반하、계지、개자、어성초、황금、감초、련교，채용고효액상색보법측정등피감적함량。결과감별방법전속성강，정량방법간편、준학，등피감재89.9~1618.2 ng내선성량호(r=0.99998)，평균회수솔（n=9）위97.86%，RSD위1.30%（n=9）。결론본질량표준가유효지공제지해화담편적질량。
Objective To establish the method for quality control of Zhike Huatan Tablets. Methods TLC was performed to identify Pinelliae Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Sinapis Semen, Houttuyniae Herba, Scutellariae Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, Forsythiae Fructus in the tablets preparations. HPLC was used to determine the content of hesperidin. Results The TLC identification was highly specific. The method of content determination was simple and accurate. The linearity of hesperidin was obtained over the range of 89.9-1618.2 ng (r=0.999 98). The average recovery of hesperidin was 97.86%with RSD of 1.30%(n=9). Conclusion This quality standard can be effective in the quality control of Zhike Huatan Tablets.
