　　目的建立测定卡比多巴原料药有机残留溶剂的方法。方法采用气相色谱法测定卡比多巴原料药中丙酮、甲醇、二氯甲烷、乙醇的残留量，顶空进样模式，以HP- INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱为分离柱，稀硫酸为溶剂，氮气为载气，FID检测器。结果各有机溶剂分离良好，浓度与峰面积线性关系良好，r值均在0.9999～1.0000之间，回收率均在80%～120%之间，RSD均小于10%。结论本方法操作简便，灵敏准确，样品分离效果和重现性好，可用于卡比多巴原料药有机溶剂残留量的测定。

Objective To establish a method for determining residual organic solvents in carbidopa. Methods The residual organic solvents in carbidopa, including acetone, methanol, dichloromethane, ethanol, were assayed by headspace GC with FID detector. The HP-INNOWAX capillary column was adopted, with nitrogen as carrier. The dilute sulfuric acid was used as solvent. Results All of the residual solvents were separated well, with a good linearity between the concentration and peak area (r=0.9999-1.0000). The average recovery rate range is 80%-120%, and RSD was less than 10%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and reliable. It can be used for determining residual organic solvents in carbidopa.
