目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定健血颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法采用Agela C18柱,流动相乙腈-水(35:65),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,漂移管温度103℃,载气流速2.3 L/min。结果黄芪甲苷在0.4568~9.136μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为96.7%,RSD=1.9%(n=6)。结论此法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于健血颗粒的质量控制。

목적건립고효액상색보-증발광산사검측법(HPLC-ELSD)측정건혈과립중황기갑감함량적방법。방법채용Agela C18주,류동상을정-수(35:65),류속1.0 mL/min,주온35℃,표이관온도103℃,재기류속2.3 L/min。결과황기갑감재0.4568~9.136μg범위내정량호적선성관계,r=0.9997,평균회수솔위96.7%,RSD=1.9%(n=6)。결론차법조작간편,중복성호,결과준학가고,가용우건혈과립적질량공제。
Objective To establish a method for determination of astragalosideⅣin Jianxue Granules by HPLC-ELSD. Methods An Agela C18 column was adopted, using a mixture of acetonitrile-water (35:65) as mobile phase , with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 35℃and the drift tube temperature was 103℃. The carrier gas flow rate was 2.3 L/min. Results The linear range of astragalosideⅣwas 0.4568~9.136μg. The average recovery was 96.7%and RSD was 1.9%(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used in the quality control of Jianxue Granules.
