目的探讨平盖灵芝不同极性部位提取物对肺腺癌A549细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法采用噻唑蓝（MTT）法测定。结果平盖灵芝氯仿部位提取物高剂量组(100μg/mL)对肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖抑制率为30.43%，与空白组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论平盖灵芝氯仿部位提取物对肺腺癌A549细胞增殖有一定抑制作用，其有效成分及作用机制有待进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of Ganoderma applanatum extract on the proliferation of Breast Cancer A549 Cells. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of A549 cells. Results The inhibitive rate of the chloroform fraction of Ganoderma applanatum extract on the proliferation of breast cancer A549 cells is 30.43%, significantly higher than that of blank group (P<0.01). Conclusion The chloroform fraction of Ganoderma applanatum extract has certain antiproliferative effect on breast cancer A549 cells. Its active ingredients and action mechanism need further research.
