目的观察水翁皮水煎液的抗菌活性。方法采用纸片法对不同细菌和真菌进行抗菌活性测定,并采用琼脂平板稀释法和试管稀释法分别测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC/MFC)。结果水翁皮水煎液对各实验菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌的抑制作用最强;对红色毛癣菌和须癣毛癣菌有明显的抑制作用。结论水翁皮水煎液具有良好的体外抗菌作用。

목적관찰수옹피수전액적항균활성。방법채용지편법대불동세균화진균진행항균활성측정,병채용경지평판희석법화시관희석법분별측정기최저억균농도(MIC)화최저살균농도(MBC/MFC)。결과수옹피수전액대각실험균균유불동정도적억제작용,대금황색포도구균、이질간균적억제작용최강;대홍색모선균화수선모선균유명현적억제작용。결론수옹피수전액구유량호적체외항균작용。
Objective To study antimicrobial activity of water extracts from bark of Cleistocalyx operculatus. Methods The water extracts from bark of Cleistocalyx operculatus was investigated for antimicrobial activity against the tested bacteria and fungi by paper disc method, and their minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal/fungicidal concentration (MBC/MFC) were determined using serial dilution method. Results The water extracts displayed significant antibacterial and antifungal activities against Staphylococcus aureus,Shigella dysenteriae and Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Conclusion The water extracts from bark of Cleistocalyx operculatus exhibited antimicrobial activity in vitro.
