　　目的观察不同方法制备的东方活血膏对小鼠疼痛模型的作用，以提供传统中药黑膏药临床镇痛疗效的基础。方法小鼠尾光照测痛试验和小鼠醋酸扭体试验。结果传统工艺制备东方活血膏可明显延长小鼠光照时间，减少小鼠醋酸扭体次数，呈现明显的镇痛作用。微粉工艺组也有一定改善作用，但作用不显著。结论东方活血膏宜沿用传统制备工艺。
　　목적관찰불동방법제비적동방활혈고대소서동통모형적작용，이제공전통중약흑고약림상진통료효적기출。방법소서미광조측통시험화소서작산뉴체시험。결과전통공예제비동방활혈고가명현연장소서광조시간，감소소서작산뉴체차수，정현명현적진통작용。미분공예조야유일정개선작용，단작용불현저。결론동방활혈고의연용전통제비공예。
Objective To study the analgesic effect of Oriental Huoxue Plaster on pain in mouse model, so as to provide basis for clinical analgesic effect of Chinese medicine plaster. Methods The analgesic effect of Oriental Huoxue Plaster was studied using mice tail lighting test and the acetic acid writhing test. Results The results showed that Oriental Huoxue Plaster prepared by Chinese traditional technology could obviously extend lighting time, and enhance the pain threshold of the acetic acid writhing test, showing significant analgesic effect. Plaster prepared by micronization technology also showed some effect, but not significant. Conclusion Oriental Huoxue Plaster should be prepared by traditional technology.
