Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb.%fingerprint
目的建立见血飞药材的指纹图谱,为准确评价不同产地见血飞药材的质量提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),测定22批见血飞样品。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm ),流动相为乙腈和0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱。结果确定了见血飞药材中的12个共有峰,经相似度分析,可将见血飞药材分成2类。不同质量见血飞样品色谱指纹图谱中3个主要成分峰面积比的变化规律为在优质品药材中,峰面积比约6:2:3;一般品药材中,峰面积比约5:2:2。结论不同产地的见血飞药材质量差别较大,此法可用于见血飞药材的的真伪鉴别和质量评价。

Objective To establish the fingerprints of Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb. from different areas. Methods HPLC was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprints of 22 batches of Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb. samples. Results The HPLC fingerprints of Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb. showed 12 characteristic peaks. Based on the similarity analysis, all the samples could be divided into 2 categories. In the chromatographic fingerprints, the peak aera ratios of 3 main ingredients of medicinal materials with different quality were as follows:about 6:2:3 for high quality materials, and about 5:2:2 for common materials. Conclusion Quality of Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb. from different areas varies greatly. This method can be used for the identification and quality evaluation of Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb..
