　　煤粉制备是水泥生产的一个重要环节，煤粉车间的防燃防爆一直是各水泥企业安全生产的重点。如果爆燃不可避免，企业则应最大程度上降低损失，尽快恢复生产。设置防爆阀是减少煤粉车间爆燃诸多防线中的最后一条。从防爆阀的布置方面阐述了在设计过程中应注意的问题；同时在选型过程中，应对国内外工程时，给出了VDI 3673标准、NFPA标准、GB/T 15605国标的一些计算细则，以及ATEX指令的一些说明。

Coal powder preparation is an important part in cement production, and flame-explosion protection of pulverized coal work-shop is always the focal point of safety production for every cement enterprise. If the flame and explosion is inevitable, the enterprise should reduce loss at maximum extent and resume production as soon as possible. Set explosion relief valve is the one and the last one of several defense lines of flame-explosion protection of pulverized coal workshop. The points should be paid attention to in design pro-cess were introduced from aspect of explosion relief valve placing, and for foreign project, the calculation priciple of VDI 3673 standard, NFPA standard and GB/T 15605 and some explanation of ATEX instruction were given in type selection process.
