在东经122°21′,北纬39°34′大连黄海海域的底泥中分离得到一株海洋细菌,经系统的微生物学鉴定及16SrDNA序列测定,定名为枯草芽孢杆菌BS-2018(Bacillus subtilis)。将该菌制成微生物制剂(200×108 cfu/mL),在海参浮游期(10~15 mL/m3水体/d泼洒)、稚幼参期(饵料中1%~2%添加和5~10 mL/m3水体/d泼洒)、越冬苗保苗期(饵料中1%~2%添加和5~10 m L/m3水体/d泼洒)、成参养殖期(腐植酸钠5~10 g和10~15 m L/m3水体/15 d泼洒)进行应用试验。结果表明:该菌株安全可靠,能使育苗浮游期海参成活率分别提高到22.3%、35.3%,发病率分别降低到18.0%、26.0%;稚幼参期增产15.25%~18.14%;越冬苗保苗期增产11.18%~16.77%;成参养殖期增产11.32%~17.82%。枯草芽孢杆菌BS-2018生物制剂在海参育苗和养殖中应用具有广阔的前景。

One strain of marine bacterium BS-2018 was isolated from the sediments of the Yellow Sea near Dalian (on-gitude 122 ° 21’ , north latitude 39 ° 34’). It was identiifed as Bacillus subtilis determined by the system microbiology study and (16SrDNA) sequence. Microbial agent (made of BS-2018) and its application test were carried out in the sea cucumber nursery planktonic period (10~15 mL/m3 waters/d spilling), the juvenile period (1%~2%in the bait add and 5~10 mL/m3 waters/d spilling), winter seedling stage (1%~2%in the diets add 5~10 mL/m3 waters/d spilling) and the parameter breeding period (5~10 g humic acid sodium and 10~15 mL/m3 waters/15 d). The results showed that the strain is safe and reliable, the survival rate of nursery planktonic period of sea cucumber increased 22.3%~35.3%, and the incidence rate decreased 18.0%~26.0%;the output of young sea cucumber in juvenile parameters period increased 15.25%~18.14%;winter seedling stage output increased 11.18%~16.77%;farming period yield increased 11.32%~17.82%. It indicated that Bacillus subtilis BS-2018 biological agent in the sea cucumber seedlings and breeding applica-tion has broad prospects.
