针对国电庄河发电厂600MW机组送风机运行情况进行了试验研究,在对试验数据分析的基础上,提出了送风机变频和降速运行两种节能改造方案。经过对比分析,最终采用综合效果更好的送风机降速方案,取得了十分理想的效果。

Directing against the operation situation of forced draft fans for 600MW unit in Guodian Zhuanghe Power Plant, test study has been carried out, the test data being analyzed, and two schemes for energy-saving retrofit by frequency conversion and operation at lowered speed of forced draft fan are pointed out. Based on contrast and analysis, the scheme with better integrated effect of operation at lowered speed is adopted finally and very satisfactory results are achieved.
