枪械磷化前的表面处理直接影响磷化膜的质量。通过对有机溶剂除油、机械除油和化学除油的对比试验,以及表面调整处理处理方法比较,提出了提高磷化膜质量的方法,该方法对枪械中的合金零件仍然有效。碱性除油加上磷酸盐表面调整是比较好的前处理工艺方法,可以满足枪械磷化的需要,为枪械维修中磷化工艺制定提供了依据。
鎗械燐化前的錶麵處理直接影響燐化膜的質量。通過對有機溶劑除油、機械除油和化學除油的對比試驗,以及錶麵調整處理處理方法比較,提齣瞭提高燐化膜質量的方法,該方法對鎗械中的閤金零件仍然有效。堿性除油加上燐痠鹽錶麵調整是比較好的前處理工藝方法,可以滿足鎗械燐化的需要,為鎗械維脩中燐化工藝製定提供瞭依據。

The phosphating pretreatment of gun has direct influence on the quality of phosphate films. A method to enhance the quality of phosphate films was put forward through comparison tests on organic solvent degreasing, mechanical oil removal, and chemical degreasing oil removing as well as surface regulation methods. The method is also effective to alloy parts of gun. It was concluded that alkaline degreasing with phosphate surface regulation is a better pretreatment process, which can satisfy the need of gun phosphating treatment. The purpose was to provide reference for phosphating process formulation in gun maintenance.
