对织物材料开口补强结构进行了试验分析研究,以开口处使用帆布扣连接的结构为基础,进行了直接加金属片、金属片胶接、金属片铆接3种补强结构的试验,并与未补强结构进行比较。试验结果表明直接加金属片不能提高结构强度,胶接金属片可提高强度28.5%,铆接金属片可提高强度73.1%。通过对相关数据及生产工艺上差别的分析,最终为类似开口结构补强设计的选择提供理论依据。

Reinforcement structure of textile material opening was tested and analyzed. Three kinds of reinforcement structure, which were adding metal patch barely, cementing metal patch and riveting metal patch, were tested based on button joint structure of canvas. The result showed that the intensity is improved 28.5%using metal patch cementation, and 73.1%using metal patch riveting. The difference in manufacturing technique was analyzed. The purpose was to provide reference for reinforcement design of similar opening.
