基于真实产品的离心压缩机转子振动实验台,对不同跨距下的转子临界转速进行了实验测试和计算分析,并将实验结果与自主研发的转子动力学分析软件RBSP的理论计算结果进行了对比,验证了该软件计算结果的准确性。

Based on the vibration test-bed of centrifugal compressor rotor, the experimental test and numerical analysis for critical speed of rotor under different span is specified in this paper. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical results calculated by the rotor dynamics analysis software RBSP researched and developed independently, which has verified the accuracy of calculated results by software.
