The paper obtains revelations from an engineering example of a hydropower station with thinly laminated and downstream directional steep-dip shale dam foundation, to which reinforcing curtain grouting that has gradually improved dam foundation antiseepage effect is applied for several times using Portland cement, superfine cement,and chemical materials.
