    　　西藏纳金水电站6台机组于1965年投产发电，迄今已使用了42年，2006年由南宁广发重工发电设备有限责任公司进行增容改造，取得了成功，文章介绍水轮机技术改造，供类似机组技术改造参考。

    The six units of Najin Hydropower Station in Tibet have already run for 42 years since been put into opera-tion in 1965,which had been innovated successfully by Nanning Good Fortune Heavy Industries Generating Equip-ment Co., Ltd. in 2006. The paper makes an introduction to the technical innovation of Najin hydropower station, which can be well referenced by similar projects.
