针对百色水利枢纽大坝RCC高温、高强度施工特点,以及采用辉绿岩骨料的大坝RCC变形能力较差、抗裂能力较低等问题,提出大坝RCC外加剂优选的准则及试验方法,对外加剂进行优选试验研究,百色水利枢纽大坝RCC采用经优选的ZB-1-RCC15(乙)外加剂,能有效改善大坝RCC热学性能和变形性能,提高其综合抗裂能力,适应大坝RCC大面积、高强度和高温季节施工,节省了工程投资,保证了工程质量。

An experimental study was made on optimization of admixtures for the RCC dam of Baise hydro-complex due to the high temperature and high strength construction of the RCC dam as well as the poor deformation resistance and crack resistance of diabase aggregates for the RCC dam. Finally,ZB-1-RCC15 (b)admixtures were selected, which can effectively improve not only the thermal and deformation properties but also the overall crack resistance a-bility of RCC by adding admixtures. Besides,those admixtures were adapted to RCC construction of large area,high strength and high temperature season, which saved the project investment and guaranteed the project quality.
