随着地理信息技术的大众化应用普及和智慧城市建设进程的深入开展,应用地址匹配操作准确高效地将与位置相关的信息进行地理定位非常重要。本文对地址匹配操作的基本概念、核心要素、主要方法和存在问题进行了全面总结,指出了地址匹配过程中产生不确定性及误差的根本原因。基于此提出了邮政建筑物编码方法,并探讨了其应用前景。

Along with the wide spread public applications of GIS technologies and advancements of the development of smart cities, it is very important to convert location-based information to geo-coordinates accurately and efficiently through address matching operations. This paper reviews the basic concepts, key elements, mainstream methods, and existing problems of address matching. The essential causes of uncertainty and errors involved in address matching are identified and a postal building geocoding method is proposed to overcome these problems.
