大化水电站溢流坝1号坝段119.5 m高程廊道出现裂缝,根据该坝段的地质、设计、施工和运行资料,综合分析溢流坝1号坝段廊道裂缝成因,并作安全评估,提出处理方案和效果评价。经过施工处理,工程于2002年12月20日竣工,并于2003年3月15日通过验收,目前已运行9年多,通过日常运行检查和裂缝测量结果(最大值为1.29 mm)分析来看,该施工段排水孔畅通、混凝土结构未出现新的裂缝,所埋设的四支测缝计运行良好,处理达到预期效果。

After cracks were found at the gallery of 119.5m elevation for the No.1 dam section of Dahua Hydropower Plant,a safety assessment was made,besides,and a treatment scheme as well as an evaluation on the treatment ef-fect were proposed based on the information of geological conditions,design,construction and operation of the dam section as well as an overall analysis on crack causes. After the treatment,the project has been completed on Decem-ber 20th,2002 and has been accepted on March 15th,2003. Since the project has been put into operation for more than 7 years, it was observed that no new cracks were found on concrete structure and the treatment on cracks got de-sired effect according to the analysis on routine inspection and measurements on cracks(maximum crack of 1.29mm).
