为了实现城市整体空间的可持续发展，针对当代快速城市化进程中越来越严峻的环境问题，以城市地下空间与环境容量之间的关系为研究基础，初步构建了城市环境资源的可持续发展评价的理论体系，并对评价采用的技术方法、评价因子的选择、评价指标的确定等进行了综合研究，对可持续发展评价在实际规划设计中的运用做了深入的探索。将可持续性评价范围扩展到地下空间规划和设计层次的研究，为解决城市空间结构和决策性问题做出了前期工作。

Given the increasingly severe environmental problems in the modern urban industrialization process, to a-chieve the sustainable development of the city, the theoretical system of the assessment of the sustainable develop-ment of the urban environmental resources was initially established based on the relationship between the urban un-derground space and the environmental capacity. The technology and evaluation methods, assessment factors, and assessment indexes were selected. And the use of the assessment of the sustainable development in the actual plan-ning and design was further discussed. Therefore, the sustainability assessment was applied to the underground space planning and design, thus making the previous theoretical support for solving the problems of city spatial structure and government decision.
