目的：观察针刺配合隔姜灸治疗顽固性耳鸣的疗效。方法采用患侧翳风、听会、耳门、听宫等穴位针刺配合耳廓部位隔姜灸治疗顽固性耳鸣34例，观察治疗效果。结果痊愈22例，占64.17%；显效5例，占14.71%；有效4例，占11.76%；总有效率91.18%。其中27例随访4月无复发。结论采用针刺配合隔姜灸治疗顽固性耳鸣疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰침자배합격강구치료완고성이명적료효。방법채용환측예풍、은회、이문、은궁등혈위침자배합이곽부위격강구치료완고성이명34례，관찰치료효과。결과전유22례，점64.17%；현효5례，점14.71%；유효4례，점11.76%；총유효솔91.18%。기중27례수방4월무복발。결론채용침자배합격강구치료완고성이명료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion to treatment of intractable tinnitus. Method: Using ipsilateral acupuncture of empirical acupoints of Yifeng, Tinghui , Ermen , Tinggong combined with ginger moxibustion on pinna of treatment of intractable tinnitus 34 cases, the observed treatment effect. Result: The cure rate is 64.17%;the Markedly improvement rate is 14.71%; the improvement rate is 11.76%and the total effective rate is 91.18%. Conclusion: Using acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion on the intractable tinnitus had significant effect, worthy of clinical application.
