目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸联合双环醇治疗酒精性肝病的临床效果。方法将70例酒精性肝病患者随机分为2组，对照组35例，给予双环醇治疗；观察组35例，给予双环醇加复方丹参滴丸口服，2组均连续用药16周。观察2组治疗前后肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标。结果2组治疗后丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）差异无明显统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗组总胆红素及肝纤维化指标下降幅度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论复方丹参滴丸联合双环醇治疗酒精性肝病效果更好，不良反应少，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토복방단삼적환연합쌍배순치료주정성간병적림상효과。방법장70례주정성간병환자수궤분위2조，대조조35례，급여쌍배순치료；관찰조35례，급여쌍배순가복방단삼적환구복，2조균련속용약16주。관찰2조치료전후간공능지표급간섬유화지표。결과2조치료후병안산전안매（ALT）、천동안산전안매（AST）、γ-곡안선전태매（GGT）、감성린산매（ALP）차이무명현통계학의의（P>0.05）；치료조총담홍소급간섬유화지표하강폭도명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。2조치료기간균미견명현불량반응。결론복방단삼적환연합쌍배순치료주정성간병효과경호，불량반응소，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Compound Danshen dripping pill plus bicyclol on alcoholic liver disease. Methods Seventy in-patients of alcoholic liver disease were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,35 cases in control group were given bicyclol,and 35 cases in treatment group were added extraly Compound Danshen dripping pill. The parameters of their liver function and hepatic fibrosis were compared before and after the treatment for 16 weeks. Results Two groups have no statistically significant in reducing the indicators of ALT、AST、GGT、ALP(P>0.05),The serum TBil、HA、LN、PCⅢandⅣC in treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group (P<0.05),The two groups during treatment showed no obviously adverse reactions. Conclusion Therapeutic effect of Compound Danshen dripping pill plus bicyclol on alcoholic liver disease show better ,fewer adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
