某型发动机模拟式温度控制器由于产品结构复杂,故障率高,给用户使用带来安全隐患,迫切需要改进。充分研究模拟式温度控制器工作原理和相关故障,通过采取DSP(数字信号处理器)技术、设计智能控制算法,对模拟式温度控制器进行数字化研究和改进,在不改变接口特性及维护方式的基础上,从根本上解决了模拟式产品的固有问题,同时增加故障检测及处理、历程及故障数据存储、与地面保障设备进行数据通讯功能。试用表明,数字化后产品的可靠性有了较大提高,具有较高的经济及军事效益。

It is urgent to improve the performance of simulated temperature controller, for its complex struc-ture and high fault rate, which would bring security threat. The working principle and relative failure were investigated, and through DSP technology and intelligent algorithm, the simulated temperature controller could radically settle the matter concerning the kinds of simulation products, with the new temperature con-troller’s interface and maintenance are the same as the older. In the meantime, functions as failure detec-tion and handling, process and data storage, communication with ground safeguard apparatus were added. The tryout indicates that the new product has higher reliability than the older one, which will bring more economic and military benefit.
