近年来，恶性肿瘤患者的高凝状态愈来愈受到关注。胃癌患者高凝状态与多种机制有关，肿瘤本身和多种因素的刺激导致凝血系统被激活，促进高凝状态的形成。胃癌高凝状态受临床分期、贫血等多种因素的影响。中医理论将胃癌患者的高凝状态归入“血瘀证”范畴。临床研究表明应用活血化瘀类中药可以改善血瘀证症状和血凝指标，延缓疾病进展。对恶性肿瘤患者高凝状态的发生机制和诊断标准的进一步探讨有助于指导临床治疗。

In recent years,hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumor has received increasing attention.The formation of hypercoagulable state is associated with a variety of mechanisms.Malignant tumor itself and various factors lead to the activation of blood coagulation system and promote hypercoagulable state.Hypercoagulable state in gastric cancer is influenced by many factors such as clinical stage and anemia.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,hypercoagulable state in patients with gastric cancer belongs to the category of blood stasis syndrome.Clinical studies have shown that application of Chinese herbal medicine for activating blood circulation can improve the symptoms of blood stasis syndrome and blood coagulation indicators,slow disease progression.Further study of mechanisms and diagnostic criteria on hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumor is benefit to guide clinical therapy.
