目的:研究糖尿病教育中态度与认知、技能、习惯改变的关系。方法:采用自愿的原则在本院选择符合标准的2型糖尿病患者66例,按随机数字表法分为家属参与组和非家属参与组,对所有糖尿病患者和参与的家属进行相同的糖尿病教育、饮食行为试验及团体治疗,并对两组糖尿病患者管理前后参与态度、认知能力、技能、饮食习惯及血糖、血压、血脂等指标进行对比分析;对两组管理后,按态度得分重新分成态度高、低分两组,研究参与态度对认知能力、技能、习惯、客观指标等的影响。结果:态度高分组在技能改变、监测血糖习惯、良好饮食习惯、其他健康生活习惯等方面均优于态度低分组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后态度高低分两组的客观指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);家属参与组高态度得分率均优于非家属参与组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病教育中态度与技能、习惯改变呈正相关;态度与临床血糖各种控制指标可能存在正相关;家属参与的糖尿病患者态度改变更积极。

목적:연구당뇨병교육중태도여인지、기능、습관개변적관계。방법:채용자원적원칙재본원선택부합표준적2형당뇨병환자66례,안수궤수자표법분위가속삼여조화비가속삼여조,대소유당뇨병환자화삼여적가속진행상동적당뇨병교육、음식행위시험급단체치료,병대량조당뇨병환자관리전후삼여태도、인지능력、기능、음식습관급혈당、혈압、혈지등지표진행대비분석;대량조관리후,안태도득분중신분성태도고、저분량조,연구삼여태도대인지능력、기능、습관、객관지표등적영향。결과:태도고분조재기능개변、감측혈당습관、량호음식습관、기타건강생활습관등방면균우우태도저분조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);관리후태도고저분량조적객관지표비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);가속삼여조고태도득분솔균우우비가속삼여조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:당뇨병교육중태도여기능、습관개변정정상관;태도여림상혈당각충공제지표가능존재정상관;가속삼여적당뇨병환자태도개변경적겁。
Objective:To study the relationship between the cognitive abilities,skills ,eating habits changes and the attitude during diabetes education.Method:66 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus which conformed to the standard from our hospital based on the principle of voluntary were chosen as study object. They were divided into the families participation group and the non-family participation group according to random number table method. The diabetic education,diet behavior experiment and group therapy were samely taken to the two groups and the families of the experimental group. The attitude towards participation,cognitive abilities,eating habits,blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipids of the two groups were carried on comparison and analysis before and after management. After management the two group,the patients were divided into high score group and low score group again according to the attitude score. The influence on cognitive abilities,eating habits,objective indicators by attitude towards participation was studied. Result:The skills changed,monitoring blood glucose,good eating habits and other healthy habits in the high attitude score group were better than the low attitude score group,had statistical significance(P<0.05). The objective indicators both in the high attitude score group and the low attitude score group after management had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The knowledge score,attitude,glycosylated hemoglobin’s rate of reaching the standard,blood glucose’s rate of reaching the standard and blood lipid’s rate of reaching the standard in the families participation group were better than the non-family participation group,had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The attitude,skills and eating habits changes during diabetes education have positive correlation. The attitude and various clinical indicators connected with blood glucose maybe have positive correlation. The attitude is more positive with families participation.
