目的:探讨聚腺苷酸二磷酸核糖聚合酶-1(PARP-1)蛋白与P糖蛋白(P-gp)、肺耐药相关蛋白(LRP)在肺腺癌中的表达和相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测61例肺腺癌组织和20例癌旁正常肺组织中PARP-1、P-gp和LRP的表达结果。结果 PARP-1、P-gp和LRP的阳性表达率分别为77.05%、50.82%、67.21%,与周围癌旁组织差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 LRP的表达与肺腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),P-gp、PARP-1与临床病理特征无明显相关(P>0.05)。 P-gp与LRP、PARP-1与LRP之间呈正相关(r分别为0.525、0.269,P<0.05),P-gp与PARP-1之间无明显相关性(r=0.223,P=0.084)。结论P-gp、LRP和PARP-1在肺腺癌中的表达有一定的相关性,联合检测三者可作为判断肺腺癌恶性程度的生物学指标。

목적:탐토취선감산이린산핵당취합매-1(PARP-1)단백여P당단백(P-gp)、폐내약상관단백(LRP)재폐선암중적표체화상관성。방법채용면역조화SP법검측61례폐선암조직화20례암방정상폐조직중PARP-1、P-gp화LRP적표체결과。결과 PARP-1、P-gp화LRP적양성표체솔분별위77.05%、50.82%、67.21%,여주위암방조직차이유현저성(P<0.05)。 LRP적표체여폐선암림파결전이밀절상관(P<0.05),P-gp、PARP-1여림상병리특정무명현상관(P>0.05)。 P-gp여LRP、PARP-1여LRP지간정정상관(r분별위0.525、0.269,P<0.05),P-gp여PARP-1지간무명현상관성(r=0.223,P=0.084)。결론P-gp、LRP화PARP-1재폐선암중적표체유일정적상관성,연합검측삼자가작위판단폐선암악성정도적생물학지표。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of PARP-1,P-gp and LRP in lung adenocarcinoma .Methods The expression of PARP-1,P-gp and LRP in 61 adenocarcinoma of lung tissues and 20 adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemi-cal SP method.Results The positive expression rate of PARP-1,P-gp and LRP in patients with lung cancer were 77.05%,50.82%and 67.21%respectively.The expression of PARP-1,P-gp and LRP in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly different from that in ad-jacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of LRP was only closely correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).While the expres-sion of P-gp and PARP-1 was not correlated with the clinic pathological characteristics .LRP expression was positively correlated with PARP-1 and P-gp.There was no significant correlation between P-gp and PARP-1(r=0.223,P=0.084).Conclusion The drug re-sistance in lung cancer patients is affected by various factors .THE expression of PARP-1, P-gp and LRP have some correlation in lung adenocarcinoma .The expression of LRP was closely related to lymph node metastasis .
