单发飞机装配新型发动机试飞具有较高的风险,作为发动机重要性能参数的燃油流量,可在一定程度上反映发动机的潜在故障。为确保某型涡扇发动机飞行试验安全,需对发动机主燃油流量建立监控模型。利用地面台架试验数据,结合主燃烧室喷嘴和主燃油计量装置的工作特性,建立了主燃油流量监控模型,并与装机后的地面试验数据进行对比。结果表明,该监控模型有较高的准确性和通用性,能及时发现发动机可能存在的问题和故障,确保飞行试验安全。
單髮飛機裝配新型髮動機試飛具有較高的風險,作為髮動機重要性能參數的燃油流量,可在一定程度上反映髮動機的潛在故障。為確保某型渦扇髮動機飛行試驗安全,需對髮動機主燃油流量建立鑑控模型。利用地麵檯架試驗數據,結閤主燃燒室噴嘴和主燃油計量裝置的工作特性,建立瞭主燃油流量鑑控模型,併與裝機後的地麵試驗數據進行對比。結果錶明,該鑑控模型有較高的準確性和通用性,能及時髮現髮動機可能存在的問題和故障,確保飛行試驗安全。

The flight test of single-engine aircraft installed with new engine was highly risky. As one of the important engine performance parameters, the fuel flow could reflect potential faults to a certain extent. A main fuel flow monitoring model of a turbofan engine should be established for the safety in the flight test. The monitoring model was established based on the data of bench test and the characteristic of the main fu-el metering devices, and was verified through comparing with the installed engine ground test data. The re-sults indicate that the monitoring model is accurate and common, and is capable of finding the potential faults and failures to ensure the safety of flight test.
