用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定了地表水、工业废水、生活废水中23种重金属元素含量,结果表明:该方法简便快速,具有线性范围宽,分析速度快,检出限低(0.0007~9.9μg·L -1),精密度好(0.2%~6.0%)、回收率为80%~114.8%,结果令人满意。

This article determines the content of 23 elements in ground water ,industrial wastewater and household wastewater by inductively coupled plasma -mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) .It is proved that this method has wide linear range ,quick analysis speed ,and the low detection limits are in the range of 0 .0007~9 .9 ug · L -1 with relative standard deviations of 0 .2% ~6 .0% and the recoveries are in the range of 80% ~114 .8% .T herefore ,the analysis results are satisfying .
