井眼轨道设计合理与否直接关系到钻井效率,乃至钻井成败。因此,对井眼轨道最优化设计方法进行研究具有重要的实际意义。现有井眼轨道设计方法的不足之处在于设计井眼轨道不能确信为最优轨道。针对三段式井眼轨道,建立了最优化数学模型,分析了计算方法并给出了应用实例。结果表明,用Matlab二次规划法设计的三段式井眼轨道可实现最短路径钻达靶点,且井眼光滑,是提高钻速、降低钻井成本的最优方案。

Whether the design of the hole trajectory is reasonable or not directly relates to the drilling efficiency, and even the suc-cess of drilling. Therefore, studing on the optimization hole trajectory design method has vital practical significance. The shortage of the existing hole trajectory design method is that the hole trajectory designed cannot be proved to be the best one. According to the triple section hole trajectory, this paper established the optimization mathematical model , analyzed the calculation method and gave the application example. The results show that the triple section hole trajectory designed by Matlab quadratic programming method, which can drill to the target in the shortage path with smooth borehole is the optimal plan on increasing penetration rate and decreasing drilling cost.
