随着气田进入有水开发阶段,部分气井在井筒、井口及地面流程设备处出现天然气水合物冻堵的现象,严重影响到气井的正常生产与销售。为加快气田开发进程,完善采气工艺技术,解决气井水合物冻堵对气藏开发的不利影响,分别进行了天然气水合物形成的静态与动态影响因素研究、水合物抑制剂评价及配套工艺研究。通过研究与现场应用,有效地抑制了气井水合物的形成,解决了因水合物冻堵影响气井开井时率的生产难题,对气井保护性开采及提高采收率起到了重要作用。

As gas field entered into the waterthrough development period, frozen plugging phenomenon of gas hydrate occurred at wellhole, wellhead and ground process equipments of some gas wells. This phenomenon seriously affected the production and sales. In order to speed up gasfield development process, improve gas production techniques, and resolve the negative effects of hydrate frozen plugging on gas reservoir development, researches were conducted on the static and dynamic influencing factors of gas hy-drate formation, hydrate inhibitor evaluation and matching technology. Through researches and field tests, the results effectively in-hibited the gas well hydrate formation, solved openning rate of the gas well due to the frozen plugging of gas hydrate, and played an important role in protective development and EOR of gas wells.
