目的 比较岛津D-vislon plus-50(多功能数字化透视摄影系统)痛点定点行多轴位电视下摄影和普通胸部照片在肋骨隐匿性骨折诊断价值.方法 随机选择诊断明确的肋骨骨折患者120例,病例分三组;A组为随机抽取本院胶片存档式病例40例;B组为基层医院诊断不明确上送病例40例;C组为应用岛津D-vision plus-50多轴位痛点定位法电视下摄影患者40例.结果 应用岛津D-vision plis-50痛点标记多轴位电视下摄影诊断肋骨骨折准确率高达97.33%,明显优于A组81.25%,更优于B组的67.69%.结论 采用多功能数字化透视摄影系统结合定点多轴位电视下摄影临床诊断准确率明显高于其余两组,在诊断肋骨隐匿性骨折上有无可比拟的优越性.

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of Shimadzu D-vislon plus-50(multifunction digital perspective photography system)pain spot point line multi-axis TV photography and common chest photos in the frame occult fracture.Methods We randomly selected 120 cases diagnosed as clear frame fracture,and divided them into three groups;Group 1 with 40 cases was randomly chosen for our film archive type cases.40 cases in the second group were not clear cases from primary hospital diagnosis;the third group with 40 cases used the application of Shimadzu D-ision plus-50 pain spot localization method TV photography.Results The application of Shimadzu D-vislon plus-50 pain spot mark multi-axis a TV photography for frame fracture diagnosis had the accuracy rate reaching as high as 97.33%,obviously superior to the group 1 of 81.25%,much better than that of the second group as 67.69%.Conclusions The clinical diagnosis accuracy rate of the multifunctional digital perspective photography system with fixed point multi-axis a TV photography is obviously higher than that of the other two groups,having incomparable superiority in the diagnosis for frame occult fracture.
