采用常压水中蒸馏、减压水中蒸馏、直接蒸汽蒸馏和干馏等方法分别提取杉木精油,用 GC/MS 进行组分含量测定。结果表明:提取的4种杉木精油均具有明显的杉木香气;常压水中蒸馏提取的杉木精油主要组分为高沸点的柏木醇,鉴定出26种化合物,占精油总量的90.44%;减压蒸馏提取的杉木精油大部分为酯类、酸类和醇类,鉴定出6种化合物,占精油总量的90.14%;直接蒸汽蒸的杉木精油主要含有柏木醇、α-柏木烯及多种萜烯类物质,鉴定出47个化合物,占精油总量的96.71%;干馏法提取的杉木精油主要含有高沸点结晶状的柏木脑和低沸点的α-柏木烯等烯烃类,鉴定出37种化合物,占精油总量的99.21%。
採用常壓水中蒸餾、減壓水中蒸餾、直接蒸汽蒸餾和榦餾等方法分彆提取杉木精油,用 GC/MS 進行組分含量測定。結果錶明:提取的4種杉木精油均具有明顯的杉木香氣;常壓水中蒸餾提取的杉木精油主要組分為高沸點的柏木醇,鑒定齣26種化閤物,佔精油總量的90.44%;減壓蒸餾提取的杉木精油大部分為酯類、痠類和醇類,鑒定齣6種化閤物,佔精油總量的90.14%;直接蒸汽蒸的杉木精油主要含有柏木醇、α-柏木烯及多種萜烯類物質,鑒定齣47箇化閤物,佔精油總量的96.71%;榦餾法提取的杉木精油主要含有高沸點結晶狀的柏木腦和低沸點的α-柏木烯等烯烴類,鑒定齣37種化閤物,佔精油總量的99.21%。
채용상압수중증류、감압수중증류、직접증기증류화간류등방법분별제취삼목정유,용 GC/MS 진행조분함량측정。결과표명:제취적4충삼목정유균구유명현적삼목향기;상압수중증류제취적삼목정유주요조분위고비점적백목순,감정출26충화합물,점정유총량적90.44%;감압증류제취적삼목정유대부분위지류、산류화순류,감정출6충화합물,점정유총량적90.14%;직접증기증적삼목정유주요함유백목순、α-백목희급다충첩희류물질,감정출47개화합물,점정유총량적96.71%;간류법제취적삼목정유주요함유고비점결정상적백목뇌화저비점적α-백목희등희경류,감정출37충화합물,점정유총량적99.21%。
Essential oils from Chinese fir were extracted by atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation, hydro-distillation and dry distillation, and determined by GC/MS. The results showed that essential oils extracted by different methods had evident fragrance of Chinese fir. 26 compounds were identified from essential oil extracted by atmospheric, accounting for 90.44% of the total oils. 6 compounds were identified from that by vacuum distillation, accounting for 90.14% of total oils. 47 compounds were identified from that by hydro-distillation, accounting for 96.71% of total oils. 37 kinds of compounds were identified from that by dry distillation, accounting for 99.21% of total oils.
