研究茶黄素(Theaflavin,TF)对高糖(High glucose,HG)诱导的人晶状体上皮细胞(Human lens epithelial cells,HLECs)氧化损伤的影响。采用体外培养人晶状体上皮细胞,用葡萄糖诱导细胞成氧化损伤模型,外加一定浓度的茶黄素干预,比色法检测细胞体内SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、MDA活力和含量的变化。结果表明相对于正常培养的细胞,高糖诱导细胞体内SOD、CAT、GSH的活性降低,MDA含量上升;加入茶黄素后,提高了细胞内SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活力,降低了细胞内MDA的含量,与模型组细胞相比,具有显著差异(P<0.01)。

연구다황소(Theaflavin,TF)대고당(High glucose,HG)유도적인정상체상피세포(Human lens epithelial cells,HLECs)양화손상적영향。채용체외배양인정상체상피세포,용포도당유도세포성양화손상모형,외가일정농도적다황소간예,비색법검측세포체내SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、MDA활력화함량적변화。결과표명상대우정상배양적세포,고당유도세포체내SOD、CAT、GSH적활성강저,MDA함량상승;가입다황소후,제고료세포내SOD、CAT、GSH-Px적활력,강저료세포내MDA적함량,여모형조세포상비,구유현저차이(P<0.01)。
To study the effect of theaflavins on oxidative damage in human lens epithelial cells under high glucose. Methods:Human lens epithelial cells were cultured with HG (30mM)to Establish the oxidative damage model. After the culture under suitable temperature for 24h ,32μM and 64μM TF were added into TF-growps. The SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、MDA were measured with using colorimetry. Results:Compared with the normal cultured cells, The SOD, CAT, GSH-Px activity were redused in cells induced by high glucose, the MDA content increased;After add the TF, it improved the SOD, CAT, GSH activity, MDA content decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion: Theaflavins can effectively control the activities of antioxidant enzymes in human lens epithelial cells induced by high glucose .
