Summarization was made on the impact of nitrogen deposition on forest ecosystems in various aspects by referring to literatures at home and abroad in recent years. Presentations were put forwarded on effect of nitrogen deposition on forest vegetation, soil organisms, litter decomposition, forest soil and forest carbon sinks and their response mechanisms. Propositions for further research were recommended.
