目前国内外的大量研究表明高同型半胱氨酸血症是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素。伴有血浆同型半胱氨酸升高的高血压又被定义为H型高血压。高血压病对心脑血管系统靶器官损伤程度相对与平均动脉压升高而言，血压变异性的作用更加重要。那么血压变异性在H型高血压患者中的特点如何？因此，进一步明确H高血压患者血压变异性与同型半胱氨酸血症的关系非常必要。

Currently,numerous researches in domestic and o-verseas indicate that hyperhomocysteinemia is a independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Hyperten-sion with elevated plasma homocysteine is defined as H-type hy-pertension.Compared with increased average blood pressure,the function of blood pressure variability is more important in degree of target organ damage in patients with hypertension.Then,what are the characteristics of blood pressure variability in patients with H-type hypertension?Thus,it is very necessary to ensure the re-lationship between blood pressure variability and homocysteine in patients with H-type hypertension.
