将褶纹冠蚌暴露于氯苯和乙腈的等浓度混合液中,测定了毒物对蚌的血清和肝胰脏抗氧化酶活性。结果表明,血清中 SOD的活性先抑制后诱导,肝胰脏中 SOD的活性均被诱导;血清中 GSH-PX活性在0.1和1 mg· L-1浓度组中先被诱导再被抑制,肝胰脏中0.1 mg· L-1浓度组先抑制后诱导;血清和肝胰脏中 H2 O2酶都被诱导;血清中 GSH含量上升,肝胰脏中0.1和1 mg·L-1浓度组中 GSH 含量上升,10 mg·L-1浓度组中 GSH 含量一直下降;血清中MDA含量在0.1和1 mg·L-1浓度组中被抑制,10 mg·L-1浓度组中被诱导后恢复到对照组水平,肝胰脏中各浓度组中持续被诱导。并且低浓度组比高浓度组对污染物的抗氧化作用敏感。褶纹冠蚌肝胰脏中GSH含量可以用来指示生态环境中氯苯和乙腈的污染。

The effects of the mixture of chlorbenzene and acetomitrile(concentration are 0.1、1 and 10 mg· L-1 )on the antioxidant factor activities in blood serum and hepatopancreas of Cristaria plicata.In this ex-periment,the SOD activity from serum was inhibition at first and then inductioned,hepatopancreas were in-duced in every concentration;GSH-PX at 0.1 and 1 mg·L-1 concentration group at first induced and re-strain at the end,0.1 mg·L-1 concentration groups at first inhibition than induced;CAT did certain induc-tion effect in the serum and in hepatopancreas;GSH was activated at all in the serum,0.1 and 1 mg·L-1 concentration groups was activated,10 mg·L-1 concentration groups was restrained in the hepatopancre-as;MDA in 0.1 and 1 mg·L-1 concentration groups are inhibition,10 mg·L-1 concentration groups re-covery after be induced to control level in the serum,and been induced in the hepatopancreas.Compared with the high concentration group,Low concentration group showed more sensitive.The activity of GSH from hepatopancreas might been used as a biological marker of the mixture of chlorbenzene and acetomitrile in the aquatic ecosystem.
