高质量的基因组DNA提取是进行广西莪术生物技术研究的重要基础。本文采用改良CTAB法、改良SDS 法和试剂盒分别提取广西莪术叶片的基因组DNA，并进行电泳和核酸蛋白含量检测以及PCR验证。结果表明改良CTAB法提取广西莪术基因组DNA样品的纯度高，杂质少，而且能有效的进行PCR扩增。说明改良CTAB法是一种高效的提取广西莪术DNA的方法。

AIM:The extraction of high quality genomic DNA is an important foundation for the biotechnology research of curcu-ma.METHODS:This research used the modified CTAB meth-od,SDS method and reagent kits respectively,to extract leaves of genomic DNA from Guangxi Curcuma.The quality were validated by DNA electrophoresis,nucleic acid protein content detection and PCR.RESULTS:The results show that the modified CTAB method can obtain high purity,less impurity genomic DNA,and PCR amplification.CONCLUSION:The modified CTAB method is a highly effective method for extracting DNA from Curcuma.
