通过实验室静态模拟试验,研究了城市餐饮污水水质的变化规律,特征气体污染物产生规律,并分析了CH4、CO2、H2 S产生量与水质变化规律之间的关联性,计算了各种有害气体的产气系数.结果表明,CH4、CO2、H2 S的产排量随着污水停留时间的延长呈上升趋势;CODCr是影响CH4和CO2产生的主要指标,SO2-4是影响H2 S产生的主要指标.三者的产气系数分别为:3.71~17.9 g/kg CODCr去除量、24.5~40.4 g/kg CODCr去除量、1.50~7.10 g/kg硫酸根去除量.说明控制餐饮污水中CODCr和硫酸根离子的浓度,有助于减少甲烷、二氧化碳和硫化氢的排放.

A static simulation device was used to investigate the generation of gas and the change of sewage quality for catering sewage .And the relationship between the amount of gas production and change of sewage qualities were analyzed .The coefficients of several harmful gases were calculated .Results showed that the generated amounts of methane, carbon dioxide , hydrogen sulfide were increased with hydraulic retention time .The removal of COD Cr was the major indicator of methane and carbon dioxide generation , while the removal of SO 2-4 was the major indicator of hydrogen sulfide generation .Methane, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide generation coefficients were 3.71 ~17.9 g/kg as the removal of COD Cr , 24.5~40.4 g/kg as the removal of COD Cr , 1.50~7.10 g/kg as the removal of SO2-4 .The results demonstrate that the emission of methane , CO2 and H2 S in catering sewage will reduse by con-trolling the concentrations of COD Cr and SO2-4 .
