激电极化法是寻找斑岩型矿床的重要手段之一。常规手段限于勘查深度较浅等原因不能对覆盖区隐伏矿体进行定位和评价。通过在新疆哈密三岔口西铜矿开展大极距、多参数激电试验表明,应用大极距、大功率激电法在覆盖区开展面积普查,对寻找斑岩型铜矿工作效果较好。针对大供电极距伴随的电磁耦合干扰提出解决方案。

Induced polarization method is one of the important means for prospecting for porphyry ore deposit. In the conventional methods, it can’t locate or evaluate the blind ore body in the overburden area, for the reason of lower pros-pecting depth. This passage takes the example of the results of long-space, multi-parameter IP test in west-Sanchakou copper deposit, Hami, Xinjiang; proposes that it has better work effectiveness for prospecting for porphyry copper depos-it in long-space, high-power IP method in overburden area for area census; and provides the solution for electromagnetic coupling interference that accompany long electrode separation.
