目的：观察天南星的抗肿瘤作用。方法体内实验：建立小鼠 H22肝癌皮下移植模型，灌胃给予天南星粉，2次／d，监测小鼠体质量，检测肿瘤体积、质量以及免疫器官指数，评价天南星对肿瘤生长的影响；体外实验：采用M T T法测定天南星水煎液对lew is肺癌细胞生长的影响。结果体内试验：在本实验剂量下（100 g／L ），与对照组比较，天南星灌胃可使肿瘤生长减慢，抑瘤率为347．％，给药期间不影响小鼠生长状态，胸腺指数和肝脏指数略微降低，脾脏指数升高；体外实验：天南星水煎液在实验剂量下对lew is肺癌细胞生长无影响。结论天南星有抗肿瘤作用，其抗肿瘤作用不是直接细胞毒作用。
목적：관찰천남성적항종류작용。방법체내실험：건립소서 H22간암피하이식모형，관위급여천남성분，2차／d，감측소서체질량，검측종류체적、질량이급면역기관지수，평개천남성대종류생장적영향；체외실험：채용M T T법측정천남성수전액대lew is폐암세포생장적영향。결과체내시험：재본실험제량하（100 g／L ），여대조조비교，천남성관위가사종류생장감만，억류솔위347．％，급약기간불영향소서생장상태，흉선지수화간장지수략미강저，비장지수승고；체외실험：천남성수전액재실험제량하대lew is폐암세포생장무영향。결론천남성유항종류작용，기항종류작용불시직접세포독작용。
Objective To investigate the antitumor effect of rhizome arisaematis .Methods In vivo , hepatoma H22 cancer of mouse subcutaneously transplanted model was used and the mice were administrated rhizome arisaematis twice daily . The anti-tumor roles of rhizome arisaematis were evaluated by detecting tumor volume ,weight and immune organ index . In vitro , the effect of rhizome arisaematis on lewis cells was observed by MTT . Results In vivo , compared with control group , the tumor in rhizome arisaematis group was smaller , the tumor inhibitory rate was 34 .7% , both of liver index and thymus index decreased , spleen index increased . In vitro , rhizome arisaematis at used doses has no effect on lewis lung cancer cells .Conclusion Rhizome arisaematis has beneficial effects on tumor treatment , and its antitumor isn?t cytotoxicity .
