目的：初步研究川乌的抗肿瘤作用。方法体内实验：建立小鼠肝癌H22皮下移植动物模型，灌胃给药后测定原位肿瘤体积、质量及免疫器官指数；体外实验：用MTT法测定川乌对小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞增殖的影响。结果体内实验：在本实验剂量下，与模型组比较，川乌组肿瘤生长减缓，抑瘤率为320．5﹪，胸腺指数、脾脏指数均升高；体外实验：实验所用浓度的川乌对小鼠肺癌细胞有生长抑制作用。结论川乌有一定抗肿瘤作用。
목적：초보연구천오적항종류작용。방법체내실험：건립소서간암H22피하이식동물모형，관위급약후측정원위종류체적、질량급면역기관지수；체외실험：용MTT법측정천오대소서Lewis폐암세포증식적영향。결과체내실험：재본실험제량하，여모형조비교，천오조종류생장감완，억류솔위320．5﹪，흉선지수、비장지수균승고；체외실험：실험소용농도적천오대소서폐암세포유생장억제작용。결론천오유일정항종류작용。
Objective To study the anti-tumor of Radix Aconiti preliminarily . MethodsIn vivo , the model of H22 liver cancer was established to observe anti-tumor by measuring the volume , weight of in situ tumor and immune organs index after ig of Radix Aconiti medicinal liquor . In vitro , the effects of Radix Aconiti medicinal liquor on Lewis cells by MTT assay .Results In vivo , compared with the model group , the tumor in Radix Aconiti group was smaller , the tumor inhibitory rate was 32 .05% , both of thymus index and spleen index increased .In vitro ,Radix Aconiti medicinal liquor at used doses inhibited proliferation of lewis lung cancer cells . Conclusion Radix Aconiti medicinal liquor has beneficial effects on tumor treatment .
