目的:研究升降二丹对小鼠体表肿瘤的治疗作用。方法建立小鼠肝癌H22、肺癌lew is皮下移植肿瘤模型和小鼠乳腺癌模型,通过小鼠存活期、肿瘤体积、肿瘤抑制率、脏器指数等考察升降二丹对小鼠体表肿瘤生长的影响;用MTT法观察升降二丹对lewis肿瘤细胞增殖的影响;ELISA法检测瘤组织TNF-α及CEA含量,初步探讨升降二丹的抗肿瘤机制。结果升降二丹能使小鼠体表肿瘤逐渐缩小,延长荷瘤小鼠生存时间,阻止小鼠肿瘤自发转移,增加肿瘤组织TNF-α,减少肿瘤组织CEA ;体外实验,升降二丹在高浓度可抑制肿瘤细胞的增长。结论升降二丹有明显的抗体表肿瘤作用,其机制可能与增加肿瘤组织TNF-α含量和减少肿瘤组织CEA含量有关。

Objective To study the anti tumor effects of hydrargyrum oxydatum crudum bottom with hydrargyrum chloratum compositum .Methods The transplanted tumor models of mouse H22 , 4T1 and lewis were established and the antitumor activity of hydrargyrum oxydatum crudum bottom with hydrargyrum chloratum compositum was observed by the survival tumor size , tumor inhibition rate , organ index . The effects of hydrargyrum oxydatum crudum bottom with hydrargyrum chloratum compositum lewis tumor cells were examined by MTT method in vitro . The mechanism by which hydrargyrum oxydatum crudum bottom with hydrargyrum chloratum compositum showed the anti-tumor effects was explored by examining TNF-αand CEA levels in tumor tissue using ELISA . Results Hydrargyrum oxydatum crudum bottom with hydrargyrum chloratum compositum reduced tumor size , prolonged mouse survival time , prevented tumor metastasis , increased TNF-αlevel in tumor , and decreased CEA level in tumor . In vitro , hydrargyrum oxydatum crudum bottom with hydrargyrum chloratum compositum at high concentration can inhibit tumor cell grow th . Conclusion Hydrargyrum oxydatum crudum bottom with hydrargyrum chloratum compositum has anti-tumor effect on skin tumor ,and its mechanism might be related to increasing TNF-αand reducing CEA in tumor cells .
