目的:探讨在骨科实习带教中运用住院医师规范化培训标准的实施效果,提高骨科实习生的综合能力。方法将2012届毕业实习的128名学生随机分为2组,分别以传统教学法及住院医师规范化培训标准进行实习带教,实习结束进行考核,比较2组实习生的实习带教效果及对带教老师的满意度。结果运用住院医师规范化培训标准带教实习的学生,其实习结束出科考核成绩及综合技能明显高于传统带教实习组,对带教老师的满意度也有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训在骨科实习带教中的应用效果显著,可以提高骨科实习生的综合技能及实习质量。

Objective To investigate in the orthopedics internship teaching effects of using the standard resident standardization training to improve the comprehensive ability of orthopaedic interns. Methods 128 students were randomly divided into 2 groups respectively, in the traditional teaching method and the resident standardization standards for practice teaching, to examine the results of the internship to compare teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the teachers in the two groups of interns internship. Results Using the standard teaching practice of resident standardization training students the results of the internship was given evaluation scores and comprehensive skills were significantly higher than the traditional teaching practice group, the teaching satisfaction of the teacher's were improved obviously, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion In orthopedic resident standardization training internship teaching effects are remarkable, the application can improve the quality of orthopaedic trainees’ comprehensive skills and practice.
