目的：观察刺络闪火拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及安全性。方法将入选的60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为2组：对照组20例用卡马西平100 mg，每天3次，口服；治疗组40例，在对照组用药的基础上，用刺络闪火拔罐法，隔日1次，2组均2周为1个疗程。疗程结束后，用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）对2组患者治疗前后疼痛及睡眠程度进行评分，判断疗效。结果治疗组有效率为87.50%，对照组有效率为60.00%，2组对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗后疼痛、睡眠时间积分较治疗前均明显下降，且治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论卡马西平联合刺络闪火拔罐法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛能有效减轻患者的疼痛症状，改善患者生活质量，方法简便，患者依从性好，不良反应少，为临床上治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的又一选择。
목적：관찰자락섬화발관치료대상포진후유신경통적료효급안전성。방법장입선적60례대상포진후유신경통환자수궤분위2조：대조조20례용잡마서평100 mg，매천3차，구복；치료조40례，재대조조용약적기출상，용자락섬화발관법，격일1차，2조균2주위1개료정。료정결속후，용시각모의평분법（VAS）대2조환자치료전후동통급수면정도진행평분，판단료효。결과치료조유효솔위87.50%，대조조유효솔위60.00%，2조대비차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。2조치료후동통、수면시간적분교치료전균명현하강，차치료조저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론잡마서평연합자락섬화발관법치료대상포진후유신경통능유효감경환자적동통증상，개선환자생활질량，방법간편，환자의종성호，불량반응소，위림상상치료대상포진후유신경통적우일선택。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of pricking and lfash-ifre cupping therapy to cure the postherpetic neuralgia. Methods The 60 cases were divided into two groups:one was the control group, Carbamazepine 100 mg was taken orally by the patients in control group, three times per day. And the 40 cases from the observation group were additionally treated with pricking and lfash-ifre cupping every two days beside Carbamazepine. Two weeks were served as one course of treatment. After ifnished, the curative effects were evaluated using the method of visual analogue scale (VAS), according to the pain and sleeping quality of patients before and after treatment. Results The cure rate in observation group was 87.5%and that of control group was 60.00%. The difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). The pain and the accumulate point of sleeping of patients from both groups were signiifcantly decreased after cure, and the curative effects of tested group was better than that of controls (P<0.5). Conclusion The pain of patients was greatly alleviated with the treatment of Carbamazepine combined with pricking and lfash-ifre cupping, and the life quality of patients can be improved, furthermore the method is easy to perform, and gets a good compliance, has little side-effects, which is a good alternative to cure the postherpetic neuralgia.
