建国以后尤其是改革开放以来，我国女性参与政治的积极性提高，女性干部队伍不断壮大，女性政治参与的法律环境日益改善。但是，我国女性政治参与仍存在任职岗位边缘化、执政层次成“橄榄形”、政策环境缺乏活力、民主参与意识弱等问题。要进一步夯实女性政治参与的经济基础，完善保障女性政治参与的法规和政策，增强女性政治参与的主体性意识，提升我国女性政治参与的水平。

After the founding of the PRC, especially since the reform and opening up, women’s participation in politics has improved greatly, and women cadres continue to grow.The number of women in people’s congresses and political consultative committees at different levels has continued to grow.The legal environment of woman’s political participation is improving.How-ever, there are still many problems of women’s political participation, such as the marginalization of positions, the“olive” shape of ruling hierarchy, lack of energy in policy environment, and a weak sense of democratic participation.Therefore, strengthening the economic base of political participation of women, improving laws and policies to protect women’s political participation, and enhancing women’s consciousness of subjectivity of political participation is important for improving women ’s participation in poli-tics.
