消费主义文学是消费文化的产物。20世纪90年代以来的消费主义文学具有如下显著特征：一、迷恋于物质，醉心于商品，体现出强烈的物质化特征；二、突出“下半身”，强化性本能，表现出高调的欲望化特征；三、渲染小资情调、热心追逐时尚，呈现出奢靡的时尚化特征。消费主义文学是文学市场化的产物，有其存在的合理性，但其负面影响也应当引起我们足够的警惕。

Consumerism literature is induced by consumerism culture.Consumerism literature since the 1990s has the follow-ing features:it is lost in materials and commodities , reflecting a strong trend of materialization;it focuses on “the lower part of the body” and stresses the sexual instinct, reflecting a urgent desire for sex;it dramatizes the petty-bourgeois sentiment and craves for fashion, presenting a luxurious fad.Consumerism literature is the product of market-oriented literature.It is valid in existence but its negative influence should be on our guard .
