目的：评价高血压并高脂血症的患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀钙两种药物联合治疗的临床效果。方法：2012年4月至2013年7月收治的高血压伴高脂血症患者54例为研究对象，随机分为两组，即治疗组与对照组，每组27例。其中对照组单纯进行降压治疗，治疗组在此基础上进行调脂治疗，对比两组的临床效果。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率96.30％（26例），对照组治疗总有效率55.56％（15例）。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。治疗组的舒张压、收缩压改善情况优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。同时患者治疗后血脂各项指标均有显著改善，两组比较血脂改善有统计学差异（ P﹤0.05）。结论：高血压并高脂血症患者实施苯磺酸氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀钙联合用药比单纯降压具有更好的临床效果。

목적：평개고혈압병고지혈증적환자채용분광산안록지평여아탁벌타정개량충약물연합치료적림상효과。방법：2012년4월지2013년7월수치적고혈압반고지혈증환자54례위연구대상，수궤분위량조，즉치료조여대조조，매조27례。기중대조조단순진행강압치료，치료조재차기출상진행조지치료，대비량조적림상효과。결과：치료조치료총유효솔96.30％（26례），대조조치료총유효솔55.56％（15례）。량조비교차이유통계학의의（P﹤0.05）。치료조적서장압、수축압개선정황우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P﹤0.05）。동시환자치료후혈지각항지표균유현저개선，량조비교혈지개선유통계학차이（ P﹤0.05）。결론：고혈압병고지혈증환자실시분광산안록지평여아탁벌타정개연합용약비단순강압구유경호적림상효과。
Objective:To Evaluate patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia using amlodipine besylate and atorvasta-tin calcium two drugs in combination therapy clinical results. Methods:54 patients with hypertension associated with hy-perlipidemia admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to July 2013 were included for the study. They were randomly divid-ed into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,27 cases in each group. Among control patients antihyperten-sive treatment alone,and treatment of patients in this group on the basis of lipid-lowering therapy,patients were retro-spectively analyzed with clinical data,clinical results to compare. Results:The treatment of patients with joint group,the total effective rate was 96. 30%(26 cases)and control group in the treatment of patients with the total effective rate was 55. 56%(15 cases). Two groups of patients were compared with a statistically significant difference(P﹤0. 05). A joint group of patients with diastolic and systolic blood pressure to improve the situation better than the control group patients, two groups of patients were compared with a statistically significant difference(P﹤0. 05). And after treatment in patients with blood lipid indicators had improved significantly,the two groups of patients were compared with blood lipid improve-ment statistically difference(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:For patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia amlodipine besy-late and atorvastatin calcium combination with better clinical effect than simply price.
