目的:观察乙型肝炎人免疫球蛋白与乙肝疫苗全程联合应用对乙型肝炎表面抗原( hbsAg)携带者母亲所生的婴儿(以下指高危人群)阻断乙肝病毒( hBV)母婴传播,提高高危人群免疫效果。方法:181例hBsAg携带者母亲分娩的婴儿,根据自愿接种的原则分成两组。观察组出生后4h内婴儿大腿前部外侧肌注乙型肝炎人免疫球蛋白100 IU,并分别于出生后24 h内、1个月和6个月三角肌肌注重组乙肝疫苗(酵母)10μg。对照组于出生后24 h内、1个月、6个月分别三角肌肌注重组乙肝疫苗(酵母)10μg。婴儿7月龄时检测hBsAg。结果:观察组血清hBsAg阳性率为4.63%,明显低于单独使用乙肝疫苗的对照组17.81%。结论:采用乙型肝炎人免疫球蛋白与乙肝疫苗全程联合应用,对阻断hBsAg携带者母亲分娩的婴儿hBV母婴传播,提高高危人群免疫效果明显。
目的:觀察乙型肝炎人免疫毬蛋白與乙肝疫苗全程聯閤應用對乙型肝炎錶麵抗原( hbsAg)攜帶者母親所生的嬰兒(以下指高危人群)阻斷乙肝病毒( hBV)母嬰傳播,提高高危人群免疫效果。方法:181例hBsAg攜帶者母親分娩的嬰兒,根據自願接種的原則分成兩組。觀察組齣生後4h內嬰兒大腿前部外側肌註乙型肝炎人免疫毬蛋白100 IU,併分彆于齣生後24 h內、1箇月和6箇月三角肌肌註重組乙肝疫苗(酵母)10μg。對照組于齣生後24 h內、1箇月、6箇月分彆三角肌肌註重組乙肝疫苗(酵母)10μg。嬰兒7月齡時檢測hBsAg。結果:觀察組血清hBsAg暘性率為4.63%,明顯低于單獨使用乙肝疫苗的對照組17.81%。結論:採用乙型肝炎人免疫毬蛋白與乙肝疫苗全程聯閤應用,對阻斷hBsAg攜帶者母親分娩的嬰兒hBV母嬰傳播,提高高危人群免疫效果明顯。
목적:관찰을형간염인면역구단백여을간역묘전정연합응용대을형간염표면항원( hbsAg)휴대자모친소생적영인(이하지고위인군)조단을간병독( hBV)모영전파,제고고위인군면역효과。방법:181례hBsAg휴대자모친분면적영인,근거자원접충적원칙분성량조。관찰조출생후4h내영인대퇴전부외측기주을형간염인면역구단백100 IU,병분별우출생후24 h내、1개월화6개월삼각기기주중조을간역묘(효모)10μg。대조조우출생후24 h내、1개월、6개월분별삼각기기주중조을간역묘(효모)10μg。영인7월령시검측hBsAg。결과:관찰조혈청hBsAg양성솔위4.63%,명현저우단독사용을간역묘적대조조17.81%。결론:채용을형간염인면역구단백여을간역묘전정연합응용,대조단hBsAg휴대자모친분면적영인hBV모영전파,제고고위인군면역효과명현。
Objective:To observe the effects of the combined application of hepatitis B immune globulin and hepatitis B vaccine on preventing the hepatitis B virus( hBV)mother-to-child transmission to the infants( hereinafter refers to the high-risk population)born of hepatitis B surface antigen( hbsAg)carriers mothers and improving the high-risk popula-tion immunity. Methods:To collect 181 cases of infants born of hBsAg carriers mothers,delivered in our hospital from January,2012 to April,2013,who were divided into two groups according to the principle of voluntary vaccination. Ob-servation group infants born within 4h after birth were intramuscularly injected hepatitis B immune globulin 100 IU on the anterior lateral thigh muscle,and were intramuscularly injected the recombinant hepatitis B vaccine( yeast)10μg on del-toid muscle in 24 h,1st month and 6th month respectively. Control group were intramuscularly injected the recombinant hepatitis B vaccine(yeast)10 μg on deltoid muscle in 24 h,1st month and 6th month respectively. The hBsAg is tested when the infants are 7 months old. Results:The positive rate of the serum hBsAg of observation group is 4. 63%,which is obviously lower than that 17. 81% of the control group using only hepatitis B vaccine. Conclusion:The effects of the combined application of hepatitis B immune globulin and hepatitis B vaccine on preventing hBV mother-to-child transmis-sion to the infants born of hbsAg carrier mothers and improving the high-risk population immunity are obvious.
