目的：探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-11（ MMP-11）在甲状腺乳头状癌患者中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法：分别对30例甲状腺乳头状癌患者、30例甲状腺良性肿物患者及30例健康体检者血清使用酶联免疫吸附法（ ELISA）检测其MMP-11抗体浓度。结果：甲状腺乳头状癌患者术前血清MMP-11抗体浓度均显著高于良性病变组和健康体检者，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：甲状腺乳头状癌患者血清MMP-11表达水平较良性病变和健康体检者显著升高，因此，血清MMP-11检测可用于术前甲状腺结节的良、恶性鉴别，对甲状腺乳头状癌术前诊断存在实际的临床参考价值。
목적：탐토혈청기질금속단백매-11（ MMP-11）재갑상선유두상암환자중적표체수평급기림상의의。방법：분별대30례갑상선유두상암환자、30례갑상선량성종물환자급30례건강체검자혈청사용매련면역흡부법（ ELISA）검측기MMP-11항체농도。결과：갑상선유두상암환자술전혈청MMP-11항체농도균현저고우량성병변조화건강체검자，차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）。결론：갑상선유두상암환자혈청MMP-11표체수평교량성병변화건강체검자현저승고，인차，혈청MMP-11검측가용우술전갑상선결절적량、악성감별，대갑상선유두상암술전진단존재실제적림상삼고개치。
Objective:To investigate serum matrix metalloproteinase-11(MMP-11)expression in papillary thyroid carcino-ma patients and its clinical significance. Methods:30 cases of patients,30 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma in patients with benign thyroid tumor and 30 cases of healthy person serum by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA)to de-tect the MMP-11 antibody concentration. Results:In patients with papillary thyroid cancer serum MMP-11 antibody con-centrations were significantly higher than those of the benign group and healthy controls,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The expression of thyroid papillary carcinoma of serum MMP-11 levels in patients with benign disease and healthy control subjects were significantly increased,therefore,serum MMP-11 assay can be used to identify benign,malignant thyroid nodules before surgery,for clinical reference value in preoperative diagnosis of papil-lary thyroid carcinoma has practical value.
