目的：研究隐匿小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年2～8月，赤峰学院附属医院新城院区应用隐匿小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝32例患儿的临床资料。结果手术时间10～25 min，平均14 min；住院时间2．0～4．5 d，平均3d；皮肤切口小且隐匿，无需缝合，医用胶水粘合即可。全组患儿均随访6个月，术后切口均一期愈合。随访期间无复发，无并发症发生。结论隐匿小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝具有创伤小，切口隐匿，术后恢复快的优点，便于临床广泛推广。
目的：研究隱匿小切口疝囊高位結扎術治療兒童腹股溝斜疝的臨床效果。方法迴顧性分析2013年2～8月，赤峰學院附屬醫院新城院區應用隱匿小切口疝囊高位結扎術治療兒童腹股溝斜疝32例患兒的臨床資料。結果手術時間10～25 min，平均14 min；住院時間2．0～4．5 d，平均3d；皮膚切口小且隱匿，無需縫閤，醫用膠水粘閤即可。全組患兒均隨訪6箇月，術後切口均一期愈閤。隨訪期間無複髮，無併髮癥髮生。結論隱匿小切口疝囊高位結扎術治療兒童腹股溝斜疝具有創傷小，切口隱匿，術後恢複快的優點，便于臨床廣汎推廣。
목적：연구은닉소절구산낭고위결찰술치료인동복고구사산적림상효과。방법회고성분석2013년2～8월，적봉학원부속의원신성원구응용은닉소절구산낭고위결찰술치료인동복고구사산32례환인적림상자료。결과수술시간10～25 min，평균14 min；주원시간2．0～4．5 d，평균3d；피부절구소차은닉，무수봉합，의용효수점합즉가。전조환인균수방6개월，술후절구균일기유합。수방기간무복발，무병발증발생。결론은닉소절구산낭고위결찰술치료인동복고구사산구유창상소，절구은닉，술후회복쾌적우점，편우림상엄범추엄。
Objective To study the clinical effects of hidden small incision high ligation hernia sac surgery in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 32 cases with pediatric inguinal hernia,who received hidden incision hernia high ligation from February 201 3 to August 201 3 in Affiliated Hospital of ChiFeng College were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation time was 1 0 to 25 minutes,mean of 1 4 minutes,the length of hospital stay was 2days to 4.5 days,the average was 3 days. The incision in skin was minor and hidden without sutures,and the glue was applied.The incisions healed by first intention.The follow-up period was six months,no recurrence and other complications were observed. Conclusions The operation method of hidden incision high ligation hernia sac surgery in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia owns minor injury,with rapid recovery,and hidden incision,which is suitable to widely spread for the treatment of patients with pediatric inguinal hernia.
